  • Bill Gratton is a former NASCAR driver from Freehold, NJ. He competed in the Nationwide Series part-time from 1988-1992. Gratton made his debut in 1988, when he ran three races for his own team. He had a solid debut, which came at Martinsville. He started his first race in 22nd and finished 13th. After crashing out at Nazareth, Gratton had a solid run of 22nd at Orange County to close out his year. Gratton only made one start in 1989, when he drove his own vechicle in the spring race at Bristol. Gratton started that race in 20th (career best) and finished the race in a respectable 23rd. Gratton only reappeared for a one-off deal in 1992, this time racing again at Martinsville. Gratton had a tough race and finished 27th after crash damage pulled him out. He has not raced in NASCAR since.
