Currently, Magoseong and Yulryeo are led by Yeomra, grandson of Sobyeol. Under his regime, Yulryeo has evolved from an agricultural society to a police-like state. He plans to use the heavily dependent Land of Earth as a platform to gain a foothold within the playing field of the Five Great Shinobi Countries and maybe even have his influence grow beyond said borders.
