- Emperor John Stuart (2422-2502) was the first Aldurian Emperor and leader of the the political party House Stuart. He reigned 2490-2502, and was considered crucial during the transition from republic to Empire, even though the main constitutional framework was formulated under his successor Philippe Villayn I. During the first half of the reign of the Emperor, Chancellor Danan Villayn held a lot of influence, while Grand Duke Matthus Finus emerged during the later half of the Emperor's reign and proved crucial in mobilising the support of the son-in-law to inherit the Imperial Throne.
