As of January 3rd, 2013, Revelation and Chris Maxwell are in business together, running a company called "WRF Charities, Inc". Maxwell had this to say: "While the WRF name lives on, we are mainly doing charity work with various charities and organizations across the Country and even in International parts of the world, such as Japan. Revelation and myself are simply giving back to the hundreds of thousands of fans that supported the WRF Wrestling Organization for so many years. The big man gets in the ring on a monthly basis and he has not lost a match since we shut the Federation down in 2010. Revelation loves kicking ass and so do I, but in this scenario, the wrestling is done for charity, not for titles or fame." When asked if Maxwell will re-open the WRF Wrestling Organization, hi

Revelation and myself are simply giving back to the hundreds of thousands of fans that supported the WRF Wrestling Organization for so many years. The big man gets in the ring on a monthly basis and he has not lost a match since we shut the Federation down in 2010. Revelation loves kicking ass and so do I, but in this scenario, the wrestling is done for charity, not for titles or fame." When asked if Maxwell will re-open the WRF Wrestling Organization, his comments were "I think that ship has sailed. All of the former WRF wrestlers have either retired or still compete elsewhere, but I have not been interested in re-opening the Federation as Revelation and myself are happy with what we are doing now. We get more time with our families and get a personal satisfaction of giving back to those in need. I never say never in this business, but it's 90% certain that we won't re-launch the Federation." As of May 4th, 2014, Chris Maxwell has the same opinions that he did when we last spoke to him in 2013. "Nothing has changed. Revelation & I are still doing the charity work under the WRF Charities name. We are heading to Japan for a couple of months and he will wrestle some of the greats in the Land of the Rising Sun. The WRF made its impression on National TV for 6 years. That legacy will remain in the minds of WRF fans and superstars for a long time to come. We will not be re-launching the WRF on any networks. The talent has moved on, as have we. As for me, I'll say this. I gave people chance after chance to do the best they could in the WRF. Mitch Norton, a scumbag of a human being, a man who thinks he can get a woman that looks like a model when he looks like a dork with a size 9 shoe at 6'3 inches tall, was given a second chance with us. He comes in, feuds with Revelation, is blessed with beating Revelation for the WRF title, despite my personal contempt for him, and then he leaves when he loses the title because he came in to do one thing, and he accomplished it. Once he lost the title, he wanted nothing to do with the WRF anymore. His skills weren't what they once were and he lost as many matches as he won. He left with no notice to us at all. What people don't know (unless they were at the house shows) is that Revelation beat Mitch a dozen times in non title matches at house shows. Then Norton goes back to the place where they wrestle with glass shards sticking out of their eyes (realistic, huh?) and then eventually retires. A lot of people alienated me and left the WRF for what they thought were greener pastures, but as it turns out, those Federations are also dead in the water, and not because they couldn't get wrestlers, it was because it was unrealistic crap. Women wrestling men on a regular basis, being treated like men in the industry, it was as insulting as Obama becoming President for a second term. People wrestling with glass shards sticking out of them, defying what mortal men could take in the ring. It was crap, it was fiction, it was an insult to the business, and that's why they aren't around anymore. The WRF can always say that we entertained and while we had a few outlandish characters from time to time, we never tried to pretend that our fans were stupid. We always put on great shows with both entertainment and wrestling, but we always focused on the guys being WRESTLERS, something that companies have forgotten about to this day." Chris Maxwell said that he watches all wrestling shows and always keeps up with what is going on. "Some of it is horrible. TNA, or Impact Wrestling, whoever they are, they have always been horrible to me, but now they're just beyond awful. The WWE has legitimized their Hall of Fame by putting in the likes of Bruno Sammartino and Jake Roberts. John Cena is boring and they really need a jump start. Bray Wyatt should be a top star always, as his skills on the mic and in the ring are impecable. I'll always love the profession of wrestling and Revelation & myself will continue to support any and all legit charities pertaining to kids, cancer, animals, and the wounded from the armed forces." On October 11th, 2015, we caught up with Revelation at a show in New Mexico. We asked the former WRF champion what has been going on with his life personally and professionally. "You assume I want to tell you such things, you tiny little insect. My personal life is just that, personal, but professionally, I am wrestling every bit as much as they do in WWE and as much as we did back in the WRF days. You happened to have caught me on a special day for me, because after I beat Rey Mysterio tonight, I will be semi-retiring from the wrestling ring." At 35 years of age, Revelation told us that he wants to be able to play with his children without being in immense pain. "I don't want to be so damaged up that I can't play with my kids". Even though I am ending my full time in ring career, don't think for one minute that I wouldn't take on any old adversaries." We asked Revelation who his biggest adversary was in his career. "It has to be that 5'10 little troll Thomas Kilik. He has the distinction of being the toughest smaller man that I have ever faced in this business. I give the man credit, he's tough, he knows how to talk on the mic and he always got the attention of the crowds with his unique personality." We asked Revelation if he ever settled the score with Kilik when it comes to their wins and losses against each other. "We are 1-1. He beat me and I beat him. The last match between us was a last man standing match and we essentially knocked each other out. That was our final match and the score was never settled. There was never a winner declared. That's why I'm telling Kilik and anyone else that I am retiring from full time competition but if I am challenged by someone worthy, I'll accept the challenge." A softer side of the 6'5, 310 pound monster then came out. "I want to take this opportunity to thank anyone and everyone that had a match and angle with me. Despite my feelings towards some of you guys out there, we made a lot of money together and it took 2 people to make a great match and I can honestly say that I never had a bad match in my career, and for that, I thank each and every one of you for working with me, even though it was difficult at times." Will Chris Maxwell still be running WRF charities, Inc? "Yes, I will continue on with Maxwell to run the company, hiring only the best wrestlers in the world today to have shows for various charities across the world. We also always honor the armed forces and our wounded warriors with tribute shows at bases all over the country. I may step in the ring from time to time, but only with those worthy of taking on a legend like me. I was called the career killer for many years and the name stands true to this day." Will the WRF come back? "No, as Maxwell has said before, that ship has sailed. I would love a reunion show one day but I don't think that's likely to happen considering all of the egos from past are bigger than the ring I stand in right now. Now if you'll excuse me, little insect, I have a bug named Rey Mysterio to crush." We plan on getting an in depth interview with Revelation in the near future. --- After Revelation's strong words toward Thomas Kilik, the latter finally agreed to break his silence of many years and agreed to an interview with us. Thomas is not the easiest of people to get an interview with, despite still actively wrestling on the North Carolina indy scene. When asked about the WRF, he would always shake his head and state that it was not yet the time to speak of such things. But for a few minutes, he managed to speak to us about his time in the WRF. "I think it was 2005, was it? Maxwell literally hunted me down. At the time I didn't know why. I was just a guy who wasn't that big of a name in Europe, then moved back to Raleigh and got into booking. "Maxwell was fed up of those idiots who had come and gone and tarnished his name. He wanted new blood, as it were. He wanted a fresh start, with a new face to look forward. I guess he saw that in me. "I had long since decided that backstage was my thing, I loved the behind the scenes stuff. See, I believed in the old school stuff...you build a match up. You don't dive off the top rope unless you damn well mean to, and unless it makes sense in the context of the match. Any idiot can do a backflip, it takes a thinker to do a backflip at the right time. Every punch...every hold...it needs to make sense. And that's the old school for you. These spotfests and ultra-hardcore nonsense that other people try to put forward...nah, that's not wrestling. That's amateur. I wanted my fellow wrestlers to rise above that. That's why I had decided that I'd be the one to give them adivce on their matches. How to make things better. True wrestling psychology. "Maxwell had heard rumors of a guy who believed in the same things he did, and he came to see me. Imagine that...a friggin' limo pulling up to the high school and this guy in a tailored suit walking into the gym. People were whispering all night. See, Maxwell didn't tell me a word about him coming. "I was wrestling that night, my first match in maybe two months. But, as always, I strived to be the best wrestler on the card. And after the show, Maxwell was right there. He told me who he was and what he wanted. "And suddenly, I wasn't just the head booker of the WRF...I was also an active wrestler. "But before you think the obvious, let me state that whatever I accomplished in the WRF was due to my own merit, not due to my position backstage." Kilik took a few moments to lean back in his chair and the faintest of smiles crossed his face as he continued. "My first feud was with big Rev. Look, I can call him Rev...I think I've earned that. I handed the guy his first ever clean loss in the history of forever. That wasn't my call backstage. But I'll say this - that bitch was the toughest opponent I've ever faced in my life. When he hit you...you felt it days afterward. He was brutal. But he knew how to create a great match. After I beat him, he repaid the score. And I've seen the video on YouTube, he mentioned that we haven't yet decided who's the best guy. I will say this, though...five foot ten and a half inches, you bitch. Give me my extra half inch. I'm not like six and a half feet. I'm not 310 pounds. But I don't know if you remember me throwing off seven men to jump on your ass during one show. I might be small, but I'm all muscle, and I know how to stretch someone and hit some of the best high flying moves you've ever seen. "Big Rev...it's been itching at me constantly...who's the better man? I distinctly remember our 4-way elimination match...you, me, Liam Yoshio, Eric Desalve...Eric was somewhere at ringside knocked the eff out. Liam was in the corner. I ran at him and jumped up to do a 10-punch. He threw me off and spun me around and climbed up to superplex me. Suddenly you came out of nowhere and lifted Liam up in a powerbomb. Liam still had hold of me though...you remember? You powerbombed Liam off of the top turnbuckle. He still superplexed me. I landed in the middle of the ring and damn near bounced outside. You covered me...I still got my shoulder up. "You can't effing keep me down, bitch." Kilik laughed at this point. "But...you made my WRF career. If not for you...I wouldn't have had those great matches with Bobby-boy, the Gambler, Desalve, Deacon, Damon...geez...let's put in Kimmy Kapwhan and Norton in that too, huh? Remember them? Well nobody else does, so why should you?" We asked Thomas about his current endeavors. "Oh, just continuing to give my advice on good matches in North Carolina. But I still wrestle, too. Maxwell brought that back in me." And as to his personal life? "My female fans will find this difficult to believe, but I am engaged to a very beautiful woman. I've known her for years now, and believe it or not, she actually understands the craziness that happens in my life." We asked one final question...what is in store for Thomas Kilik? "Well, I'm currently working on a semi-biography...it's been a lot of fun writing it, but I'm sort of doing the Mick Foley route where I hand-write everything. It means if I change my mind halfway through a chapter...I gotta get rid of about ten pages of writing...but you know what? I actually like it. It's like the diary I never had growing up." Kilik leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. We thought the interview was over, so we began to pack up our equipment. The following is written from the author's memory, as he had already switched off his tape recorder. Any mistakes from the original words are the sole responsibility of the author of this article. "Oh, and one more thing...never say never. I'm still in North Carolina, but never think that Thomas Andrew Kilik is incapable of selling out arenas again."
