The specials are super cards intended to feature pay-per-view caliber matches, much like how the CWF and YCW did Night of Champions and Wrestle Extravaganza respectably. The Wrestle Extravaganza concept goes back to YouTube Championship Wrestling, where they held their first and only event under the name titled "Wrestle Extravaganza I: Electricity". Since then, the concept was abolished after YCW merged to form Premium Championship Wrestling. However upon Baker-Money Ryder Productions purchase of all assets of Cyanide Sports Network, Inc. (which includes PCW, YCW and others), the Wrestle Extravaganza name is now under the Premium Championship Wrestling and it will air twice a year under different names.
