It used jorium and terrazine stocks and a psionic waveform indoctrinator. Plot branch : Raynor's Raiders side with Nova against Tosh (B canon) The spectre training facility was destroyed by Nova Terra and Raynor's Raiders. - At some point, a colony of Reaper creatures known as Adjutants broke loose on Avernus Station, overwhelming the personnel. The Adjutants reach the transport ships docked at the station and cross the Omega 4 Relay, arriving at Omega. Some Cerberus operatives manage to survive the initial outbreak on Avernus and flee to the station's exterior, in the hopes that the high levels of cosmic radiation will kill the Adjutants; they are proven wrong, and the Adjutants follow them. They are saved by the timely arrival of the Elbrus, a Cerberus warship commanded by General Oleg Petrovsky. Petrovksy and Aria T'Loak assist the troopers in eliminating the remaining Adjutants and re-securing the station.

| - Die Avernus Station ist eine Forschungskolonie jenseits des Omega-4 Portals die nach der vernichtung der Kollektoren-Basis durch Commander Shepard von Cerberus erbaut worden ist. Sie dient hauptsächlich der erforschung von Reaper Technologien. Durch den Comic Mass Effect: Invasion und der Spielerweiterung Mass Effect 3: Omega erfährt der Leser das Cerberus auf der Avernus Station unter anderem an Adjutanten forschungen durchführt. Die Adjutanten können jedoch entkommen und überrenen die Avernus Station. Nachdem die Adjutanten kaum noch Wirte auf der Avernus Station infizieren können brechen sie mit den Cerberus Shuttles zu der Raumstation Omega auf. Einige Cerberus Agenten überleben jedoch das Massaker auf der Avernus Station und fliehen auf die Oberfläche in der Annahme das die Strahlung die Adjutanten tötet. Sie liegen jedoch falsch und die Adjutanten verfolgen sie weiter. Gerade noch rechtzeitig trifft jedoch das Cerberus Schlachtschiff Elbrus unter dem Kommando von General Oleg Petrovsky und Aria T'Loak ein und retten die Agenten von der Oberfläche. Daraufhin kann die Avernus Station wieder zurück erobert werden.
