Asif the Vengeful was a member of the Black Guard. He caught Alton Andresser during the Threshold Riot, and the two eventually came to respect the other. He later accompanied Alton to the rest of Alton's party under orders of Captain Razoul and led them to the Sultana of the Sarquil tribes with whom Alton's party wanted to converse. When the meeting ended in hostilities, Asif faced Alton in a fierce battle which eventually ended in Asif being shot dead by a remorseful Alton.

- Asif was a prisoner in Butcher Bay Correctional Facility Double Max area. He was member of the PPP gang, along with Cricket. Asif usually hid the money and items the PPPs dealt with. Follow him or, at the Feed Ward kill him before he enters the cafeteria to find Gulag's red tube and Twotongue's Injector.
