As Adoha had no shopping center, and no stores at all, a plan was conceived to build a modern shopping center there. This was also meant to bolster Tourism minister Justin Abrahams plan to revitalize Adoha and bring more tourism to Lovia. Construction began on the mall in late 2004 by Adams and Fletcher, and progressed very quickly. This was A+F's largest construction ever. In October 2006, the mall was officially opened. In 2008, another floor was added, and the Adoha Aquarium was built. In May 2009, the lower level of the mall was finished.
