| - The Russian Fascist Party (Russian: Российская фашистская партия), or the All-Russian Fascist Party, was a small Russian émigré movement from Manchukuo in the 1930s. The abbreviation of the movement is RFP. Fascism existed with Manchurian Russians since the beginning of the October Revolution which was promoted by another small Fascist group called the Russian Fascist Organization. There were top secret conventions of the groups that were there, which also lead to the foundation of the RFP under their new president, Major General Vladimir Dmitrievich Kozmin. Konstantin Rodzaevsky was recognized as Secretary General of the central committee on May 26, 1931, he became the de facto leader of the party. The movement adopted the motto "God, Nation, Labour" then published a journal known as Natsiya. The party eventually asked Italian-style fascists to try and take advantage of the Bolshevik leaders and the position they all held both externally and internal opposition. The RFP later cooperated with Japan and later became the most recognized émigré group in Manchukuo, they set up a party school in 1932, located in Harbin. Rodzaevsky assisted the Imperial Japanese Army and formed the Asano Detachment with the all ethnic Russian special forces in the Kwantung Army. They were organized for carrying out sabotage against the Soviets in case the Japanese were to invade Siberia and Russia's Far Eastern areas.
