- Olympa is an region composed of several islands, known in other regions as the Olympian Isles. The central island, called Asphodel, is home to large extinct volcano. The volcano, known as Mt. Olympus, is home to the Olympa League. Each island is home to a different group of Olympa natives, and the northernmost island, somewhat close to Unova, is called Dalgenn. Dalgenn is home to settlers that came to Olympa from Unova, Sinnoh, and Johto in the 1700s. Dalgenn is the first island encountered by the players, and is home to Professor Hesperides, or Professor H. Unlike other regions, which have eight cities with gyms, the equivalent of cities for Olympa are islands. Each island has a Gym, and the islands can be reached via boat. All ten islands in the games Gaia and Tartarus are part of the Ol
