The Yazdean Academy of Light (Aldegarian: Frahangestān -e ātesh -e Yazdān) is the largest Yazdean seminary in Aldegar. It was found by the Prophet Shapur in 680 BCE and specialises on training the higher ranking members of the clergy (Dasturs and Mobed) It is divided into three sections - a 'junior' seminary for ages 12 to 18, a 'proper' seminary for ages 18 upwards and a research centre. Admission is open to only members of the priestly class.
