In "Boktai 3: Sabata's Counterattack", Django obtained the Sol Trance when fighting against the Count in the Ancient Giant Tree, being able to transform into Sol Django by fusing with Otenko. In Sol Trance, Django can attack with Sol Flare, an attack that makes a large circle of solar power (useful for keeping Boks from attacking from behind) and Sol Prominence, a powerful kick attack that can do multiple hits and drain energy for the Gun del Sol.

Although this form is powerful, it drains the TRC gauge to be used, so the player need to keep a close eye on it. If the TRC gauge runs out without the player's knowledge, Django could be face-to-face with a boss and end up right in the line of fire. In the Nintendo DS version of Mega Man Battle Network 5, there is an alternate form called Sol Cross that is a fusion of MegaMan.EXE with Sol Django.
