- Chris Smith (born 1964) has been the Tolkien-editor of HarperCollins Publishers in Britain since 1999, and is the author of both The Lord of the Rings: Weapons and Warfare and The Lord of the Rings: A Filmmaking Journey. He also edited three of Jude Fisher's books: The Fellowship of the Ring Visual Companion, The Two Towers Visual Companion, and The Return of the King Visual Companion.

Within months he became overwhelmed politically by the other political parties of Deltaria; his dream for a Kennedy Monarchy in Deltaria was finished. Hoping to collect his losses, Smith and the Christian Royalist Party exited Deltaria in December of 2588.
