The Ilava III Government is Lovia's current national executive government, ruling since June 1, 2015, alongside the 2015 Congress. It technically is a reshuffled continuation of the Whithdonck-Malsky I Government, but informally is considered its successor and a government in its own right. The government was led by Oos Wes Ilava, and comprised politicians from across the political spectrum, including both leftists and rightists. This was largely a response to calls for a more inclusive grand coalition after Whithdonck-Malsky's premiership.

This was largely a response to calls for a more inclusive grand coalition after Whithdonck-Malsky's premiership. Counting parties represented in government and parties who voted for the reshuffle proposal, the government had the support of 89% of MOTCs, though the SNP did not make its opinion clear. The only parties to explicitly oppose the government were CPL.nm and MLPE, which together with former PM Whithdonck-Malsky refused to take part in the government coalition.
