- Durial321 is a player spoof found in Falador within tournament worlds during the World 666 event. He attacks with his abyssal whip and is able to cast Ice Barrage. Upon death, he will always drop a green partyhat which is awarded to the player who dealt the most damage. The NPC's name and appearance reference the most infamous player involved in the Falador Massacre on June 6, 2006.
- Durial321 was an infamous rule-breaker, most well known for his part in the Falador Massacre of the 6th of June 2006. During the Massacre, caused by a construction glitch allowing certain players to attack and kill others outside of the PVP areas, Durial321 killed numerous players around Falador. He was eventually kicked from the server by a Runescape Mod and then permanently banned. He is said to have caused victims to lose over 1 billion coins worth of items and cash, as well as looting a green party hat. Videos of his and others' tirade, surounded by a crowd cheering him on with numbers nearing the hundreds is widely available online.
- During the massacre, it is believed that he first attacked a player called Ultra burn3r and numerous other people. According to an interview following the event, his targets ranged from skillers and alchers to random low levels and even player killers. The total amount of wealth gained by Durial321 was rumoured to be over 200 million coins (or the equivalent of several billion in 2012). It is widely agreed upon, however, that the best drop he gained was a green party hat.
- Several others were able to use this glitch, but Durial321 abused it the most. His rampage lasted for about an hour, starting at Rimmington, where the house party was, then proceeding to Falador and subsequently Edgeville. At Edgeville, he gave Voodoolegion the green partyhat, who never gave it back to him. Soon after, he finally encountered a Jagex Moderator, Mod Murdoch, who disconnected him and locked his account. Durial321 was later permanently IP banned from RuneScape. In a 2006 interview, he said that player killing outside of the Wilderness was exciting, although he felt bad for the players who lost their belongings.

The total amount of wealth gained by Durial321 was rumoured to be over 200 million coins (or the equivalent of several billion in 2012). It is widely agreed upon, however, that the best drop he gained was a green party hat. World 111 was the world where the player Cursed You, the first ever player to reach 99 Construction, was hosting his level 99 party. Eventually, the lag caused by the masses of attendees became unbearable for Cursed You, so he decided to expel the guests. The players who were in the dungeon and combat ring when Cursed You expelled everyone kept the ability to attack people, regardless of where they were. "Cursed You" was not held responsible for any of his actions that day, although he was later banned from the game, for reasons unknown. Jagex did not restore any lost items, which sparked much controversy among those who were unfairly killed. Around the end of the massacre, Durial321's account was disconnected from the game. Later, it was locked for investigation before ultimately being permanently banned. Although there have been numerus petitions to free him, Jagex's stance on the punishment remains firm, and his account remains banned from the game.

Durial321 was later permanently IP banned from RuneScape. In a 2006 interview, he said that player killing outside of the Wilderness was exciting, although he felt bad for the players who lost their belongings. The 2006 incident later became known as the Falador Massacre. Paul Gower, a co-founder of Jagex, apologized for the inconvenience the glitch may have caused and said that improvements were being made to Jagex's testing and coding procedures so that such an incident would be less likely to occur again. Later on May 29th 2016, Jotedem, Polmerbat and Bearmaster0 began to be noticed thanks to a Youtube user of the same glitch name. In June 2016, players exploring Falador in Old School Runescape experienced the chathead of Durial321 laughing on the screen (similar to the Barrows brothers) while green partyhats also spawned on the ground along with a pile of bones. This was an easter egg by Jagex in reference to the Falador Massacre.
