He is mistrusting of Ronald Pittman eventually coming around and trusts him. He is later shot in the mouth by the killer Travis Hicks who was responsible for Mikayla and Layla Pittmans death. He is voiced by Chad Donella. Detective Tamina Bennett-The Commissioner of the police force. She trusts Ronald Pittman from the start and if her cops do something wrong she will bluntly tell it to their face. She is almost killed by Travis Hicks but manages to arrest him. She is voiced by Amanda Peet. Larry Dunfries AKA Mystico-An empathetic yet arrogant superhero who had an accident involving being frozen. After being thawed out he finds he can freeze people with his breath. He is voiced by Alan Cumming. Chief Darius Guerrero-A police officer and the underling of Tamina Bennet. He believes Angry Rock is a criminal at first but comes around to his side halfway through the game. He is voiced by Jacob Vargas and is mexican american like him. Basil Strong-The butler of Angry Rock and his aide de camp he is briefly drugged by Travis Hicks into turning on him but when the drugs wear off he joins Ronald Pittman once again. He is voiced by Adrian Paul. Detective Alana Breckinridge-An officer of the Robler Island Police Force who was transferred from the NYPD. She is the most harshest critic of Angry Rock but eventually comes to respect him after he saves her life. She is voiced Elizabeth Henstridge. Antagonists Travis Hicks-The man responsible for the death of Angry Rock's sister and his wife Layla and Mikayla Pittman. He also kills Detective Jack Larrogette. He is eventually arrested where he blurts out he did the killings for the mob. He is voiced by Owen Wilson. Ferris Wheeler-A corrupt former cop and leader of the Robler Island mob who hired Travis Hicks to kill Layla and Mikayla Pittman He also owes a restaurant called De La Soul which is a front for his operations and is owned by his henchmen Mr.Mime he is arrested by Angry Rock after confessing he ordered Travis Hicks to kill Layla and Mikayla. He is voiced by Michael C Hall. Filomena Chung AKA Lioness-An expert diamond thief and cold blooded assasin. She sometimes is seen working for Ferris Wheeler. She commits suicide by shooting herself in the chest. She is voiced by Margaret Cho Venombolt AKA Lamar Osala- An actor who lashes out at those who disagree with him. He has a toxic suit which renders him immune to all poisons. He is voiced by Chi Mcbride and his real name is Lamar Osala. Quizmaster-A former contestant on who wants to win 5 million dollars. He vows revenge on Angry Rock after he exposed his cheating he stalks Angry Rock before being brutally run over by a train killing him when he tried to lunge at Angry Rock who was on the platform on the other side. He is voiced by Kerr Smith. Hydro-A woman named Alessandra Hydropolis. A greek man hater who vows to rid the world of all men. She is stopped by Angry Rock and when she lunges at him he throws a rock at her head in self defense crushing her skull. She is voiced by Sophie Marceau. Count Nausea-He is the former employee of Strangix Pharmeceuticals but was fired after tampering with it's products so as to cause permanent nausea. He is voiced by Vin Diesel. Shuma Gorath-The only crossover character to appear. He crash landed on Robler Island after being defeated by Doctor Strange. He is defeated in one hit by Angry Rock. Sacrox-An Immortal oni who preys on humans he attempts to kill Angry Rock but has his neck broken making him humble. He is voiced by William H Macy. Mutiple Man-Afrelle Volo is a south african antique dealer who is an ex-friend of Angry Rock. For some unknown reason he vowed revenge on him and cloned himself and send his clones after him. Watching his clones being bested made him snap and he threatened to bomb America. However he was knocked out and later admitted he never liked Angry Rock and was always pretending to be his friend. He is voiced by Arnold Vosloo. Flamethrower-Frederick Pittman was arrested for Firebombing 20 synagogues. He then takes the name flamethrower and plans to torch 30 more synagogues. He is stopped by his younger brother Angry Rock and is arrested by Tamina Bennett. It was later revealed he is a Muslim and was torching the synagogues on orders of his Imam. He is voiced by T.C. Carson who his facial features are based on.
