Park Avenue which runs east to west off Albert Street, is one of the more affluent areas in Stobswell. It is currently being given a face-lift to transform it from its present appearance, to one more in line with the look of the rest of the area. Public/private investment is now rumored to have topped £5 Million, which will be spent on tenement refurbishment and road re-surfacing among other small-scale projects.
