The Texas Network (or simply TXN) is a commercial-free statewide television network that serves the state of Texas and is owned and operated by KIVO Television Group. KIVO formerly operated the network under a LMA, and WB Games (which also operated TTN until 2014) owned the network until 2015, when WB Games sold the network to KIVO. The TXN offers quality original programming produced in Texas along with programming from CBeebies, Treehouse TV, and HBO. The Texas Network also operates TXN2 which is affiliated with HBO Family, Showtime, and RTEjr of which offered the programming to the Texas Television Network until 2014. It launched in September 2014 as TTN was sold to Hyper Holdings and forced to move the commercial-free format and its three networks over to the new network.
