Delta Halo is the eighth campaign level of Halo 2. After dropping onto Halo in an HEV, John-117 fought his way through Covenant forces to reach the temple where the Prophet of Regret resides. This is the only Halo 2 level where you will be aided by ODSTs and is also the first level you fight Honor Guard Elites.

| - Delta Halo (Level) is one of the levels in Halo 2. Basically, the Master Chief and some ODSTs go to Installation 05 by using HIV to drop straight into a gorilla's anal cavity, even though almost no one knows what's going on there. Smart idea, right? But everyone is obsessed with killing the pansy Prophet who ran away from them like they were schoolyard bullies, so they really have no choice but to chase him. After landing in Orbital Insertion Pods, they find themselves among some Forerunner ruins, which they hold out in for a while instead of just walking off, because they were all tired and the bad guys were shooting at them. So, Miranda Keyes has a Warthog sent to them. At this point, one of the ODSTs try to get into the driver's seat, and everyone knows how stupid that is. After arguing with the Master Chief for ten minutes, the Chief eventually shoots him in the head and gets in. Everyone else gave him dirty, dirty looks beneath their helmets, but got in anyway. And this was mistake number one. Mistake number two was giving the Chief a Scorpion and a pair of Marines with heavy weapons. What were they thinking?! The things he did to the poor soldiers! However, no one really cares about them. In the end, only a small handful of the ODSTs and one marine managed to survive by playing dead, with one or two playing hide and seek (also known as the "Hidden ODSTs," but you should find them and kill them, too). After the Chief decided they were all dead (he didn't see any more movement on his HUD, and everyone knows that's the only way he sees anything), he drives off on another rampage with the Scorpion. Then there was another mistake; they gave him more marines. However, they were all dead on arrival (or so it seemed). He was given a fresh supply of weapons, and he continued chasing down the testicle chin.
