The Ndesu was a giant B.O.W. created by TRICELL as a counterpart to "El Gigante" of rural Spain. The beasts themselves were very similar. While El Gigante had only a single large Plaga parasite inside it, Ndesu was created with a number of smaller Type-2 Plagas along with the larger specimen - both of which house the larger around their spinal column. As an homage to its predecessor, Ndesu proceeded to crush Dave Johnson underfoot, similar to a Ganado, the first El Gigante Leon S. Kennedy encountered and killed.

Il suo aspetto è simile a quello di El Gigante, ma ha una folta barba bianca, indossa una cintura con vari cadaveri appesi ad essa e possiede varie ferite cucite aprossimativamente in varie parti del corpo. Venne sgunzagliato da Irving per eliminare gli agenti della B.S.A.A. che lo stavano inseguendo. La creatura svolse il compito assegnato e uccise l'intera squadra, l'unico soppravvisuto fu Josh Stone. Arrivati sul luogo, Chris Redfield e Sheva Alomar assieme a un agente di nome Dave, vennero attaccati dalla creatura. Dave ci rimise la vita venendo calpestato dal gigante. Il mostro venne poi sconfitto da i due agenti sopravvissuti.
