When Jet Bradley (son of Tron's programmer Alan Bradley) finds himself accused of his father's murder, he has no recourse but to retreat into the digital realm. Unfortunately, the digitization process is interrupted when the police break down the laboratory door, firing upon him. Wounded and disoriented, Jet materializes in the middle of a violent battle. The computer world is at war: the tyrannical Master Control Program has returned to power and seeks the absolute domination of the Free Systems. Inadvertently usurping command, the amnesiac Jet finds himself leading the rebellion against this oppressive regime. At the urging of Mercury, a former videogame gladiator, Jet injects a patch subroutine designed to recover his damaged memories. His reaction however, is volatile...
