Grant Potulny (born March 4, 1980 in Grand Forks, North Dakota) is a retired American centre who is an assistant coach of the University of Minnesota. He played Tier II Junior "A" for the Lincoln Stars from 1998 to 2000 and then joined the Minnesota Golden Gophers for four years. The highlight of his Minnesota years was scoring the winning goal, in overtime, in the 2002 Frozen Four final game. He was also named as the outstanding player in that series. He then became an assistant coach with Minnesota.

The Ottawa Senators chose him 157th overall in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. Potulny, however, never made it to the NHL. He played three seasons for the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL) from 2004 to 2007 and then bounced around the AHL until his retirement in 2009. He then became an assistant coach with Minnesota.
