Barrows: Rise of the Six is the "hard mode" version of the original Barrows. To access their dungeon, a Barrows totem must be acquired; players can either buy from the Grand Exchange, or loot the original Barrows chest. The totems are fairly cheap, costing coins each; however, each totem lasts for one kill, and is not refunded upon death. Only one player needs to have totems on hand to create an instance. Note that the formation of the brothers change each day; refer to the table on the right for the formations. Refer to the strategy page for more information.

To defeat the brothers, all six must be simultaneously defeated at once. Each brother has 50,000 hitpoints. Then, upon looting the chest, the player must escape to stabilize the unstable energy; dying or lobbying will cause this energy to disappear. The majority of the profits will come from the energies themselves, while the other loot is more of an added "bonus".
Note that the formation of the brothers change each day; refer to the table on the right for the formations.
