| - This prototype design was stolen by Astragon from the Kuat Drive Yards. As such, most of the ships of this class belong to Astragon. It is even smaller than the Infinity-class Star Dreadnaught, at 5,200 meters long. Even though it was much smaller, it still retained more than 500 weapons emplacements. Nemesis-class Star Dreadnaughts carried even less fighters than the Infinity-class, and had compact hangars that could only hold 108 ships. In other words, each carried one fighter wing and three bomber squadrons.

This ship class was envisioned as a solution to the Mon Calamari Star Cruisers in the Alliance. It also took several cues from them and the modified SSD Lusankya. It even included six backup shield projectors. Unlike the Executor or Infinity classes, it gave up most of the cityscape. The bridge tower size was essentially the same, however. Nemesis-class ships were meant to be frontline combat vessels, and as such, they wer covered from all sides with weapon emplacements. 300 heavy turbolaser batteries and 100 ion cannons were its main weapons, while 120 quad laser cannons were flexible enough to engage either fighters or capital ships. 80 magnetic railguns could be fitted with almost any ordinance weapon, ranging from concussion missiles to proton bombs. Most ships carried a variety of warheads to be ready for any situation. 20 tractor beams dragged enemy ships closer to this ship's weapons. Nemesis-class Star Dreadnaughts carried even less fighters than the Infinity-class, and had compact hangars that could only hold 108 ships. In other words, each carried one fighter wing and three bomber squadrons.
