The Arc Lightning power is a power in inFamous. It is a continuous stream of lightning shot from Cole's hands that chains off of conductive surfaces and enemies. It is an Evil Karma power only available if the player has completed at least five Evil Side Missions.

- Begun on 3rd September 2006 as part of the Rolling Thunder Experiment of August/September 2006. Pandalink's Arc Lightning was the third crew created for this Experiment after Sputty's "Fury of the Storm" and Shadowss's "Calm before the Cyclone". The First 5 members to join after Pandalink created the crew were: Zzizzle, Mooseys, Iamdaking, Muko, and Yourface who all joined at the rank of Officer or above. Muko was the only non-RT member to join at this time. On the 10th of October 2006, Fury of the Storm (the first crew made for the Rolling Thunder Experiment) merged with Arc Lightning.

On the 31st December, 2006, Arc Lightning merged into its original mother crew, Rolling Thunder.
