The Doughnut Scouts of Frightside (DNSFS), commonly called in America as simply the Doughnut Scouts is a youth organization for girls in the Frightside and ghoulish girls living abroad. Founded by Hugh Neutron and Aoi Asahina in 1991, it was organized after Asahina slipped and fell on a time-machine and met the lovable duck-loving goof, in 1990. After expressing their loves of doughnuts they stayed at a nice motel, sharing stories, having pillow fights, and 3 hours of hardcore, bedshaking coitus. Upon returning to the present, from 1992, she telephoned an old Doughnut themed puppet from a famous Christian's TV show, saying, "I've got something for the girls of Frightside, and all of *Disingenuous Cough*, and all the world, and we're going to start it tonight!"

DNSFS aims to empower girls and to help teach values such as honesty, fairness, courage, compassion, character, sisterhood, confidence, entrepreneurship, and citizenship through activities including camping, community service, learning first aid, and earning badges by acquiring practical skills. Girl Scouts' achievements are recognized through rank advancement and by various special awards such as the Doughnut Scout Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. Membership is organized according to grade, with activities designed for each level. The DNSFS is a member of the World Association of Doughnut Guides and Doughnut Scouts (WADGDS). It accepts girls from any background, except ones that come from half white/half black parents because Asahina has problems with that for undisclosed reasons. A 2012 Craigslist Ad showed that the Doughnut Scouts was ranked by the public as the 2nd "least cringiest charity/non-profit in Frightside" of over 100 charities. It describes itself as "the world's spookiest preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls".
