Torrab was a big female hedgehog, who lived with Gawjo Swifteye (who she called "Father") and fourteen other hedgehogs, whose parents were slain by the Marlfoxes. Songbreeze and Megraw found them by accident. Torrab helped to fight against Marlfoxes and destroy their Kingdom. Later, she traveled to Redwall Abbey. Torrab also enjoyed making a delicacy called "Hodgepodge pie", which was a pie that involved hazelnuts, leek, cabbage, turnip, radishes, chestnuts, mushrooms, beetroot, watercress and anything else one can find to toss into the mixture.
