  • Dating back to the times of King Aurelius II, Gracemeria Castle was built on a hill in Chester City, between the urban area housing the west exit of the King's Bridge and Gracemeria Air Base to the west. The building contained various relics and objects from Emmerian history, including the "Golden King" statue made by Aurelius' followers before the birth of the Emmerian republic. After the invasion of Estovakia in August 30 of 2015, the building was ransacked by Gustav Dvornik's men. The school class of Melissa Herman, who were on a trip to Chester City that day, moved the Golden King to an underground shelter beneath the castle and used it as a refuge.
