When the Vinculum reaches its highest form, vampires that are part of this perversion fall into a delusional love that almost always ends in tragedy. They become self-absorbed. To each other, they are everything. They become hopelessly addicted to one another, and immune to outside bonds. Most cities frown upon such vampires, seeing them as dangerous lunatics that try to escape from the world in each other. Vampires that are part of a perversion sometimes accuse other vampires of rejecting those able to rise above childish bickering in favor of eternal companionship and happiness.
