He is best known as the creator of the Cartoon Network original series Chowder. Greenblatt's first work was an a storyboard artist and writer for SpongeBob SquarePants, starting with the episode "Bubblestand". His last work was on the first episode of the 4th season, "Fear of a Krabby Patty". He had a minor role in "Selling Out", where he voiced Carl. Greenblatt returned to Nickelodeon as the creator of Harvey Beaks. On the show, he was the voice of Dade, Jeremy, and numerous additional voices, and also was the original voice of Technobear.
