- Giovanni Ancelotti oder Old Man Ancelotti (*1930 in Neapel, Italien) ist ein Charakter aus Grand Theft Auto IV und Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony. Er soll gegen Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs den Schwarzmarkt von Neapel beherrscht und Schmuggelware an US-Truppen verkauft haben. Damals war er erst 15 Jahre alt. Ancelotti wanderte 1950, im Alter von 20 Jahren, in die USA aus und arbeitete auf dem Obstmarkt von Alderney, der jetzt in seiner Hand ist. Dieser Markt war der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für Wucher-, Hehlerei- und Erpressungsgeschäfte. Nach dem Tod seines Onkels 1978 hat er wahrscheinlich die Leitung der Familiengeschäfte übernommen. Giovanni wird sowohl in GTA IV als auch in The Ballad of Gay Tony mehrfach in verschiedenen Missionen erwähnt, er kommt aber nie persönlich in der GTA
