Kazulian Politics is conducted in the framework of a parliamentary representative democratic constitutional monarchy. The system is centered on the Storting or Parliament of Kazulia, which is invested with legislative power and the power to hold the executive branch, consisting of the Cabinet of Kazulia which exercises its power on behalf of the King, to account. The judicial branch is essentially seperate. Local politics take place within the framework of a unitary state, which has, in the course of the 39th and 40th centuries, moved from a centralised to a more decentralised system.
