First appearing in 1984, Thomas Himinez played the character Tom Anderson beginning in The Day of the Daleks and ending in Revenge of the Daleks. He continued doing voice work as well as writing until he took over the script editing position beginning with Shadow of the Dragon. He remained in the position until The Chimera's Game when he surrendered the post to Fawn Adamson and took over the position of producer. He remained in the post until The Napoleon of Shadows when former script editor Allen Davidson took over the role. He again took over the position of script editor in The Christmas Conspiracy and will remain in the role until the end of the 35th season when Shannon Marie will take over.
