Spar Crusaders were rebel clone troopers grown by the genetic template of one rebel Alpha-class ARC-Trooper: Alpha Ø2 born on Koshi. They had been both intellectually advanced and speedily grown with the Jiuzkariya Corps top-of-the-line cloning equipment and cloning procedures and grown during the Imperial Era. As a result, these Spar Crusaders were trained and bred to be loyal to Alpha Ø2 or Spar only, and were named after him. Through the crusaders, the clones made up the fighting military forces of the rebel fraction known as the Spar's Crusaders.

They had been both intellectually advanced and speedily grown with the Jiuzkariya Corps top-of-the-line cloning equipment and cloning procedures and grown during the Imperial Era. As a result, these Spar Crusaders were trained and bred to be loyal to Alpha Ø2 or Spar only, and were named after him. Through the crusaders, the clones made up the fighting military forces of the rebel fraction known as the Spar's Crusaders. The "Fett-bred Spar Crusaders" were created and trained on a cloning facility of the Jiuzkariya Corps on the planet Koshi at around 9 BBY. Mereel Fett, named after Jaster Mereel, served as the second in command after Spar. After Spar's death in 20 ABY, Mereel took on command of the crusader's rebel fraction. Mereel would then command the crusaders until Spar's son, Jango Mereel was old enough to command the crusaders. As of 20 ABY, the crusaders and its rebel fraction still remain active and alive, living on Koshi, in the Jiuzkariya Corps cloning facility.
