Cos Alexander was an ambassador for the Galactic Alliance government. Circa 981 ABY, at the request of the Imperial government, Alexander was dispatched by Chief of State Alyia DeSoro to oversee border negotiations between feuding settlers on Ansion. Partly based on the actions of Jedi Knight Jhon Cordatus, Alexander's protector during the mission, an armed conflict erupted between the settlers, which Cordatus and the Imperial forces stepped in to end. Alexander unsuccessfully attempted to continue the negotiations, but the mission ended in failure.
