It depends on how the computer is frozen, but I would recommend if a program is not responding, you press Control + Alt + Delete, this will bring up task manager, and from there you can shut down programs that are not responding, although in most cases you won't be able to save your work before the program closes, so all unsaved work will be deleted Or if task manager won't come up simply hold the power button until the computer shuts down
