| - Operation: Child Shield is a Union of Everett military effort in Uganda to combat the Lord's Resistance Army insurgent militia. Child Shield is named for one of the major atrocities taking place in the Uganda war in which LRA militia are known for widespread kidnapping of children across Uganda to attempt to build LRA troop count by forcing abducted boys into fighting as soldiers and girls as sex slaves. The Union of Everett stated on March 6th during a special meeting in the executive offices that the goal of the mission is military assistance to current combatants against the LRA forces with economic support, healthcare and medical aid to the thousands of displaced victims and the tens of thousands of children who frequently flee regions of violence. Arms supplies and combat training to the Ugandan army is also a major component of the Operation to aid in strengthen combat abilities to fight off LRA forces and maintain order in affected regions. In addition to these two parts of support, Everetti armed forces are to be deployed into the region including a platoon of Militant Forces agents, a helicopter squadron of UH-60 Blackhawk and AH-64 Apaches to provide aerial support against ground targets. The official goals of Everetti combat forces in Uganda are the capture and or kill of LRA leadership, including International Criminal Court indicted war criminal Joseph Kony. Recently, the Hurian Federation has pledged it's support for the LRA. Huria is determined to force the illegal Everetti incursion into its territory, seeking to stop their invasion of the Uganda State.
