- Mouser is a Japanese M.U.G.E.N creator. His creations were once hosted in RandomSelect, but was removed because Mouser came back and created his MediaFire account. After sometime, his MediaFire account became offline, but later on, Mouser came back again and rereleased his characters as well as released some new characters in his new MediaFire account. Some of his characters are not found in his MediaFire website. It is unknown if this is all of mouser's characters and stages.

He is a minion to Wart, the evil frog who takes over Subcon. But unlike Wart, Mouser seems to have become more popular, on the account that he has appeared in many more games than Wart.

- Mouser is mutated, legally blind rat with sunglasses and a bomb fetish who constantly harasses Mario and his friends. He could possiby be described as mentally unstable, at least following his time in prison. Originally, Mouser was the minion/slave of Wart, who had him guard a warehouse and fight intruders, despite his blindness. Unfortunately, Mouser was pummeled all the time by intruders and was eventually fired by Wart, without pay and replaced by Clawgrip, a crab.
