  • Oriole was an otter member of the Juggling Otters in the Traveling Thistledown Troupe, under the leadership of Hypericum Hadduck Hare. The Juggling Otters performed feats of acrobacy and juggling to entertain the Redwall Abbey residents during the feast celebrating Autumn's final day. Oriole and Oswald could juggle almost anything including apples, sugarplums, and pears while balancing on rounded logs. They especially pleased the Dibbuns when they distributed candied chestnuts they were juggling into the paws of Bungo and Tubspike.
  • The Oriole is a decoration on FarmVille. It was originally released on the April 8, 2012 as part of the Spring Event (2012), a exclusive bonus prize for the completion of the 97th File:Mystery Game-icon.png Mystery Game. It was re-released on the April 9, 2012 as part of Pig-O Game 2 prizes as bonus reward for winning all 6 items. It was re-released again on April 1, 2013 as bonus reward for collecting all 6 items in Mystery Game 147.
  • Outwardly, Oriole is a delightfully pleasing, beautiful little blonde piece of arm-candy. She's a lady in the parlor and a submissive slut in the bedroom. Always dressed to the nines, she is polite, dainty, elegant, witty, and a talented performer. Sometimes her performances are offstage--no one has ever played a better damsel in distress, and the lady is known for cute pouts and little tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants. Usually she's impeccably behaved, but every once in a while she'll be naughty on purpose if it means being punished later. She is subtle and beguiling, and she's brought with her from Versailles a taste for the occult, luxury, political intrigue, and sexual innuendo.

She is subtle and beguiling, and she's brought with her from Versailles a taste for the occult, luxury, political intrigue, and sexual innuendo. The sparkling socialite has a darker side. Weaker members of society beware, if you make yourself vulnerable you may soon find yourself stripped of your assets, and/or your clothing--perhaps even tied up in a compromising position, cruelly abused and humiliated. Oriole's alter-ego is a villainess named Etoile. She's a contract killer and a high-priced courtesan. There's no denying she takes pleasure in her professions-both seductress and murderess. Her weapons of choice are subtle: Poison, freak accidents, deadly diseases, dangerous equestrians...and of course, her feminine wiles. Once she has a man wrapped around her finger, how hard could it be to slide a dagger out of her garter and slit his throat while he sleeps. Or better yet, convince him to commit bloody murder or political assassination on her behalf.
