Michelle Hager (née Capes, born 3 October 1966) is an Australian former field hockey player who competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics and in the 1992 Summer Olympics. In the 1988 Summer Olympics she won a gold medal as part of the Australian national hockey team. As of current Michelle is married to New Zealand black sticks women's coach Mark Hager . They have three daughters, Keely, Shannon and Teegan.
