Untouchable, the leader of SPATR declared war on Non Grata due to their numerous tech raids against the Swash Plates and Tail Rotors alliance. The war garnered international attention when Untouchable stated he would declare war on Non Grata nations. Despite being in peace mode at the time of the war, Untouchable's nation, BONES, was at the time the 16th most powerful nation on Planet Bob in terms of nation strength, coming in at 242,117.628 NS, 26,825.01 tech and 21,500.00 infra. Everyone was interested at the damage his nukes would cause. However, before any hostilities could come to fruition, Non Grata government indicated that a diplomatic solution was imminent and that a joint announcement would be forthcoming. Nevertheless, 25 minutes after this announcement, the International Armed Forces Group, a three-nation micro alliance just shy of 4,000 NS, courageously and inexplicably indicated that they would "remain in reserve for Non Grata", and would "fight if Absolutely nessacary [sic]". While the meaning of that pledge may never be fully understood, Non Grata announced on November 11, 2012, that SPATR would henceforth be a Non Grata protectorate.
