Ribitta (spelt Ribbita in Mega Man NT Warrior), known as Kero Midorikawa (緑川ケロ Kero Midorikawa?) in Japan, is an announcer of the DNN station, who was first introduced in Mega Man Battle Network 2 operating a news van outside the Official Center. Her NetNavi, ToadMan, is an optional boss in that game that can be fought by talking to her. She also appeared in Mega Man Battle Network 3 announcing the N1 Grand Prix.

In Megaman Battle Network 2, her navi ToadMan is an optional boss that can be fought by talking to her. She is operating a news van outside the Official Canter. In Battle Network 5, she wants to do a report on the Undernet and has her NetNavi go to End Area but results in Colonel.EXE's deletion. Feeling remorse, Ribbita tries to join Team Colonel and sends ToadMan.EXE to the UnderNet and battles MegaMan to prove it. She joins TEam Colonel and participate in their missions until Nebula's destruction.
