Starsky was First Seen in the Gosa gang as a juvenile subordinate male. He is recognised by a unique star-like marking on his right hip, which is what earned him his name. His parents were most likely the dominant couple, Cleopatra and Gandalf. His siblings were believed to be Hutch, Matimba and Priscilla. Starsky was described as being extremely curious and cheeky. He spent much of his time sneak-marking anything and everything around him, including other Gosas members, regardless of the fact he was not high-ranking in the group. Gandalf left the mob to try and find them but disappeared. Following this, Starsky and his brother rejoined the Gosa and Starsky became the new dominant male, as none of the older males seemed interested in dominance. Starsky became much more mature in his short time as a leader. Then in August 2012 a wild male named Malaki joined the group. Starsky willingly handed over dominance to the new male. After Malaki established dominance, Cleo began to reproduce efficiently. She had a litter of four pups in October 2012 and then a litter of five in January 2013. Sadly, before the birth of her second litter, Malaki was bitten by a puff adder and died, leaving Brutus as the dominant male. In February 2013, Starsky and Hutch were separated once again from the Gosa, though this time they had one of the young pups with them. Both males and the pup rejoined the Gosa, but two other pups from the same litter were lost that month. Starsky also spent a night with a lone female, but returned to the Gosa. It is unknown if he mated with her. In April 2013 Starsky saved one of Cleo's pups from being trampled on by an Oryx. He led a charge against the Jaco's Dune mob but as soon as he reached the outnumbering rivals he submitted to them. Amazingly, the Jaco's Dune meerkats did not attack Starsky but continued on to chase off the rest of the Gosa. Starsky did not return to his family until that night. In May 2013 Gandalf rejoined the group. He, Brutus and Hutch all competed for dominance. By June 2013, Gandalf had re-established himself as the dominant male. That same month, Gandalf attacked Starsky. Starsky submitted to Gandalf and managed to escape mostly unharmed. Starsky is still alive and living in the Gosa today.
