Jarrod Skalde (born February 26, 1971 in Niagara Falls, Ontario) is a Canadian ice hockey centre who currently coaches the Bloomington Prairie Thunder of the International Hockey League. Skalde was drafted 26th overall by New Jersey Devils in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft and started his National Hockey League career with the Devils in 1990. He would also play for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, Calgary Flames, San Jose Sharks, Dallas Stars, Chicago Blackhawks, Atlanta Thrashers, and Philadelphia Flyers, but spent most of his career bouncing around the minor leagues. He went on to play a total of 115 regular season games, scoring 13 goals and 21 assists for 34 points and collecting 62 penalty minutes.
