Jeanine Restrepo is a zoning board member in Pawnee. She's also known as "the queen of the zoning board". Throughout the episode "The Banquet", Leslie Knope tries her best to impress her, because she could help her in getting the Sullivan Street Pit filled in. When she tells Leslie to talk to her secretary, Marlene Griggs-Knope says she's blowing them off. She suggests to Leslie that she should blackmail Jeanine with the fact that Jeanine's husband has a DUI offense in Illinois. Marlene also tells Leslie that Jeanine loves to feel important. When Leslie tries to blackmail Jeanine, it backfires, and she throws her drink in Leslie's face.
