Eustace Sutherland Campbell Percy (21 March 1887 – 3 April 1958), known as Lord Eustace Percy from 1899-1953 and as the 1st Baron Percy of Newcastle, of Etchingham in the County of Sussex from 1953, was a Conservative Party politician. A son of the 7th Duke of Northumberland, he served a single three-year term as a Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council representing Holborn from 1919-22.

A son of the 7th Duke of Northumberland, he served a single three-year term as a Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council representing Holborn from 1919-22. He did not defend the seat at the 1922 county council elections having been elected to the House of Commons as member of parliament for Hastings in the previous year. He held his parliamentary seat until 1937, and held a number of cabinet posts.
