  • Bing's Billiards was a pool hall located in Los Angeles. It was destroyed in a fire on 30 April 1992 during the L.A. riots. Prior to it being destroyed, the rear section of the building was rented out for miscellaneous storage. In 1993, a note addressed to Harry Bosch was delivered to the Los Angeles Police Department claiming that a body was buried beneath the concrete slab of Bing's. The note claimed that Bosch had killed the wrong man when he shot Norman Church four years earlier. Lt. Harvey Pounds and detectives Jerry Edgar and Harry Bosch visited the location and found a body with features that marked her as a victim of the Dollmaker. The body was found in one of the storage areas.
