| - Kyoto is the Captain of the Heiko Pirates, which in turn, gives him complete authority over his crew members and is considered the strongest member within the crew. Although lacking a Devil Fruit, as most Captains within the Grand Line have consumed one, Kyoto is capable of defeating powerful opponents without such a weapon. When Kyoto traveled to Smear Island and fought Rando, he showcased his unique fighting style of battling while asleep, which completely turned the battle around in Kyoto's favor, until Rando found out the technique's weakness, which is the fact that the user of the technique must have a high amount of instinct, and if they lack such an instinct, they are unable to do much against an opponent who attacks from far distances. Despite this turn of events, however, Kyoto was able to force himself awake, making the battle equal once more. Within this state, Kyoto's reflexes and strength increases, albeit only minor.
