In the United Kingdom airing of this episode on Channel 4, some scenes were cut out, some (mainly the first two, the scene in the Alleyway) were done rather poorly.
* The scene where Homer confronts Snake in the alleyway is shortened so that Snake shooting Homer but the bullet bouncing back is cut, Homer seeing it was Flanders and Ned saying he's replacing his windows was kept in, making it make no sense as Ned wasn't near him at all in that time. As well as this, Ned coming over to Snake and asking him what would his mother say for doing that and Snake responding was cut but Ned telling Snake that he can change his life and Snake agreeing was kept in. It is assumed that it was due to there being a fair amount of blood visible from the gun shot wound. However, recent re-runs keep the sce
