| - Internet Crime is a situation where criminals have begun to take advantage of a nation's prevalent computer use to attack people through hacking, viruses, identity theft, spam, and other technological crimes, upsetting everyone, raising the Crime rate, and causing a drop in both national Security and the GDP. Internet crime is caused by lots of home Internet Access or Technology, small or under-funded Intelligence Services, and a high rates of Crime, especially if Organised Crime families are known to operate in the nation. Increased funding for intelligence or fixing the overall crime problem would help stop internet criminals as well, but the situation can also be dealt with by enacting Internet Censorship or issuing an Internet Tax.
